My Digital Work Is Being Published

For those of you who have already read this on my other blog, I apologize. My digital are is appearing in the upcoming issue of Somerset Digital Studio and will be available on March 1st.

I'm pretty excited about being published in a national magazine.

Custom Cat Paintings

There are so many varieties of markings on cat, I thought it might be fun if people could send me a picture of their cat, and I would create for them a folk-art style cat painting. I can do cats in other styles, but I've always loved simple folk art. I really have fun creating these kitties.

So, I've decided to offer something new at my Etsy store--custom cat paintings. I'm still working on a few more samples to show.

I finished a few more cat paintings. The weather had been particularly humid, and it made the paints dry more slowly.

I think I may need to make myself a tiny easel. These paintings are small and don't fit on my big easel, so I am having to lean them against jars and things.
